Natural ingredients in your Dairy products - If possible
When Dairy production takes a step forwards, as with small scale Dairies, it will make some demands on suppliers of the product ingredients; the more you can produce in-situ, the better.
There will be some ingredients that have to be imported if Yoghurt with Coffee taste is on the list – Unless you try with Chicory roots
Rosemary could very well be an excellent flavouring herb for Quark.
